All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products and community health guidelines, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refund requests. If you have issues with your order or delivery, contact us. Orders typically process and ship within 1-5 business days; custom or pre-orders may take up to 10 days. We do not ship on federal or postal holidays or in bad weather.
