• Use: Shake the bottle well before each use. We recommend using the spray after a bath or shower before bedtime. Begin by spraying a few times daily onto your arms, legs, and stomach. If used on children between the ages of two and eight, spray the soles of their feet. It is usual for the spray to cause a slight tingling sensation on the skin. This sensation should fade after a few uses, but if it bothers you too much, you can dilute the spray with more water. After applying, gently massage the spray into the skin. Avoid the eye area.
